Student will learn the concepts of nutrigenetics, nutrigenomics and nutriepigenomics.
Student will learn the genotypic and phenotypic effects of nutrition on the metabolic pathways and their homeostatic control.
Student will learn the interaction of the genome and nutrition and related disorders.
Student will learn how to use the obtained information.
