They can provide optimum conditions in in vitro and in vivo experiments.
Know the preparation of physiological solutions and concentration calculations.
Can perform isolated organ experiments, atherosclerosis, pain, parkinson, hypertension, ulcer models.
Knows protein and gene expression methods (Western blot, Northern blot and Southern blot).
