To understand economics of conservation and development interactions.
To understand the relations between planning, urban design, management issues and implementation studies in the site conservation planning.
To comprehend interdisciplinary interaction related with the site conservation planning and implementation.
To learn, methods and techniques of using techniques, defining problem, synthesizing, and decision-making in site conservation planning process.
To be able to contribute the solutions of site conservation problems.

 -- MODE OF DELIVERY
  This course is conducted research, on-site inspection in site samples and face to face training methods.
 --WEEKLY SCHEDULE
1. Week  Introduction to the course content, and references.

8. Week  Different principles and methods of conservation planning according to different site in Turkey.
9. Week  Heritage management and management plan in site conservation.
10. Week  The mutual interaction between site conservation planning and city planning.
11. Week  Conservation site planning procedures, legislation, organization, finance and participation in Turkey.
