2. Week  Isolation of chromosomal DNA, RNA and plasmid
3. Week  Plant and mammalian DNA isolation, RNA / DNA purity and amount
4. Week  cDNA synthesis, cDNA and genomic DNA library
5. Week  Electrophoresis techniques (Paper, Agorose, SDS-PAGE, Capillary, Immunoelectrophoresis)
6. Week  Electrophoresis techniques (Pulse Field Gel Electrophoresis, 2D-PAGE)
7. Week  PCR using techniques and primary design, RAPD-PCR, AFLP (Amplified Fragment Lenght Polymorphism), Anchored PCR, Asymmetric PCR
