Student conceives how postmodern and poststructuralist theories emerged.
Student learns the basic arguments of poststructurlaist and postmodernist theories.
Student understands the main sources of postmodern and poststructuralist theories, the differences and similarities between them.
Student understands the importance of poststructuralist and postmodern theories for the social sciences.
Student learns major thinkers contributing poststructuralist and postmodernist approaches, and their views.
Student develops the ability of looking at the society in terms of postmodernism and poststructuralism.
