Knows the Balkans history, and in this context,analyzes continuing regional problems.
Learns the ethnic composition of the Balkans.
Evaluates the problems and events in Bosnia-Herzegovina, Kosovo, Albania and Macedonia in the context of analytically and critically.
Realizes the link between Balkans and minorities.
Learns the effects of the USA, Russia, EU and NATO on the policies of the Balkans.
Comprehends the position of the Balkans in the international politics.
Analyzes the effects of international system on the Balkans.
Learns the historical and theoretical foundations of the Balkans policies of global actors and regional countries, esp. Turkey.
Analyzes the current problems in Balkans objectively.
