Knows the Turkey's policies and approaches to issues.
Compares the policies of great powers and analyses their effects.
Analyzes the interaction between Turkey's policies and other actors' policies and makes projections.
Analyses the shaping of the international system by events.
Analyses the rights and wrongs of the Turkey's policies in regional and international problems and explains the causes.
