Learns Turkish Political Life by dividing into periods of Antiquity, Modernization and when the Turks chose to be Muslims, and the period from moderni
Studies the course of development of Turkish thought
Evaluates the Western effects onconstitution of Turkish thought
Learns how some historical event affected the course of history of Turkish thought
Studies the constitution of different Turkish philosophical currents

5. Week  The history of the intellectual life and scientific tradition in the Classical Ottoman Period
6. Week  The changes in the Ottoman thought and science in the late Ottoman period
7. Week  The Ottoman legacy and the attempts to institutionalize the conception of modern science in the One-Party Period
