Classical, neo-classical and modern theories of organization, their design and knowledge about the relationships between them is obtained .
Explains the main perspective and research programs in the field of organization theory.
Understands organizational processes and analyzes organizations according to the processes.
Understands the connection between theories that trying to explain the organizations and empirical research-based knowledge.
Explains the concept of methodological pluralism in organization theory.
