Knows the characteristics of managerial behavior as a discipline
Knows the analysis dimensions of managerial behavior
Knows the managerial structure models
Knows the interaction between managerial structure and individual and analyzes the interaction between organization and individual
Conceives the importance of bureaucratic socialization
Conceives physcological basics of organizational effectiveness and analyzes the expectation balance between managerial structure and individual
Conceives the importance of motivation im terms of managerial behavior and knows the approaches and theories related to motivation.
Knows the leadership theories and analyzes the leadership behaviours.
Knows the interaction of managerial structure and behavior with social culture.
Analyzes types of managerial behavior that change from culture to culture with reasons.

4. Week  The analysis of balance of expectations and organizational behavior in the context of formal and informal groups
5. Week  The importance of organizational coherence and bureaucratic socialization in terms of organizational integration
6. Week  The analysis of leadership behaviors in organizations and leadership theories
7. Week  Motivation theories and the problematic importance of motivation in the aspects of individual and organization
