Understand constituents of proteins aminoacids, features of aminoacids
Learn the structurel properties of proteins (primary, secondary, tertiary, quaternary structures)
Recognize fibrous and globular proteins
Learn structures of hemoglobin and myoglobin
Learn structures of collagen, elastin and keratin
Learn digestion and absorbtion of proteins
Learn transamination, oxidative deamination and urea cycle
Learn protein synthesis
Learn protein turnover
