To be able to learn the definition and types of malnutrition
To be able to learn the assessment methods of the nutritional status
To be able to learn the principals of enteral and parenteral nutrition and the ways of the methods due to different diseases
To be able to perform metabolic changes
To be able to calculate nutrient requirements
To be able to learn the types of products and ingredients
To be able to learn practical applications and the responsibilities of the dietitian in the nutrition team
