To be able to be learned that the chemistry, properties, sources, digestion, absorption and metabolism of the vitamins in the foods by the students.
To be able to be learned that vitamins' requirements of the human body, excessive and unbalanced intake interaction problems and health issues.
To be able to learned that the chemistry of vitamins, minerals, water and electrolytes found in foods, properties, sources, digestion, absorption and
To be able to learned that the chemistry, properties, sources, digestion, absorption and metabolism of the minerals in the foods by the students
To be able to learned that minerals' requirements of the human body, excessive and unbalanced intake interaction problems and health issues.
To be able to learned that changes of micro nutrient in the hunger and satiety situation in the body by the students.
