To know the developmental characteristics of children and youth (boys and girls) and the differences of these charateristcis between boys and girls. To know the effects of exercise on children and youth's (boys and girls) physical and physiological characteristcs.
To know the training principles of children and youth. To be able to prepare the training programs for children and youth.
To know the physical and physiological differences between adult men and women and effects of these differences on physical performance.
To know the effets of exercise on women and effects of the special situaitons (menstruation, pragnancy, etc.) of women on pyshical perfomance. To know exercise principles and to be able to prepare the training and exercise programs for women.
To know the differences on the body resulting from aging and the effects of these differences on physical performance and living quality of elderly.
To know the principles and applications which are necessary to develop the physical performance and living quality of elderly. To be able to prepare the exersize programs to have healthy and active life for elderly.

 -- MODE OF DELIVERY
  The mode of delivery of this course is Face to face.
 --WEEKLY SCHEDULE
1. Week  Introduction of the course.
2. Week  The developmental chraratersitcs of boys and girls.
3. Week  Beginning age of the exercise and the effects of exercise on children and youth.
4. Week  The development and training of physical , phisological and motoric chracteristics of children and youth.
5. Week  Talent identification and basic principles.
6. Week  Technical and tactical training of children and youth.
7. Week  Participation of women in competitive sports. Anatomical and physicological characteristics of women.
8. Week  The effects of exercise on pyhsical and physicological characteristics of women and development of these characteristics.
9. Week  The effects of the special situaitons (menstruation, pragnancy, etc.) of women on sports perfomance and exercise principles of these situations.
10. Week  Preperation of exercise programs for female athletes.
11. Week  Aging and physical and physiological differences developed by aging and effects of these differences on performance and living quality of elderly.
12. Week  The principles which should be followed by elderly during exercise.
13. Week  Preperation of exercise programs for elderly to improve the health and living quality.
