Learns to protect vigor features when examinating the cell and tissue components
Learns the tecniques which used for seperate the cell and tissue components one from the other.
Learns the arrangement of tissue preparation for light microscope and the stage of light microscope tissue preparation
Leanrs the fixation material, and its features
Learns Washing and Dehyration, Clearing and infiltration, Embedding, Sectioning, Staining and Mounting
Learns how to make tissue preparation in isolated cells.
Learns the acidic and basic dyes
Learns the connective tissue dyes ( collagen, elastic, reticular fiber dyes)
