Learns basic laboratory rules, ethic rules in experimental animals and 3R rules.
Learns anatomic, physiologic and breeding properties of experimental animals (rat, mouse, rabbit).
Learns preparation of physiologic solutions and concentration calculation.
Learns measurement of differents parameters in in vivo and in vitro experiments.
Applies tissue isolation methods.
