Students will have the following qualifications. They will learn the whole product process and organization.
Students will learn the introduction to operational management.
Students will learn Production models, the selection and design of the production model.
Students will learn rocess selection and design.
Students will learn the choice of location in the selection process and decision-making.
Students will learn regulation of production, arrangement factors affecting the distribution of products and the delivery prosess.
Students will learn production design, measurements, production to compensate for the possible shortage.
Students will learn planning and capacity control
Students will learn production planning, calendar binding and Inventory management.
Students will learn optimized production technology, restrictions and project planning, scheduling and monitoring.
