 --COURSE CONTENT
1. Week  Physical health and fitness, mental, emotional and social health, international Olympic Committee and Sport for all applications
2. Week  The methods of analyzing physical capacity and preventing personal health
3. Week  Cardiorespiratory system health and sport effects
4. Week  Muscle strenght, endurance, flexibility and improving these factors with sport
5. Week  Evaluating body composition and changing with sport
6. Week  General elements of exercise prescription, fundamental elements of exercise programs
7. Week  Practical fields tests to be used in controlling physical health and fitness
8. Week  midterm exam
9. Week  Risk factors in coronary disease and exercise in people with coronary disease
10. Week  Sport in fat and obese people nutrition and exercise
11. Week  Handling with stres and the ways to reduce stres with exercise
12. Week  Physiological characteristics in children, the quality of kids sport and increasing the habit of sport in children
13. Week  Functional changes in older adults and planning sport for older adults
14. Week  Planning exercise for women in pregnancy and accouchement period
15. Week  Evaluating and planning national and international sport for all organizations
