Students can relate the relationship between housing development, housing problems and housing policies
Students can analyze the peocesses behind change they observe in urban sphere and changes in housing sector.
Students can comment on the institutional structure in terms of implication and legal structure of housing policy area and housing problems.
Students can ongoe their research relying on the information on the necessary resources and tools within the course.
Students can analytically consider and develop thoughts on subjects related to slum and urban land in terms of relations of reason.

1To be able to analyze those phenomenon and issues related with the discipline of Local Goverments through a multi-disciplinary and integrated approach and to produce proper solutions.X
2To be capable of following the theoretical and practical developments within the fields of political and social sciences, administrative sciences, urbanization and environmental problems and law on national and international scales.X
3To have competence in the theories and other conceptual approaches related with the discipline of Local Governments and to have the capacity to comment on these theoretical constructions from a critical perspective.X
4To gain a repertoire on European Union s administrative structure, local government policy in Turkey, globalization and localitization debates and new approaches in public administration.X
