2. Week  Search for modernization in the Ottoman Empire: 17th and 18th centuries
3. Week  Selim III and Nizam-I Cedit (1789-1807).
4. Week  Mahmut II and Absolutism regime (1808-1839).
5. Week   Tanzimat era I (1839-1856).
6. Week  Edict of Islahat (1856-1876).
7. Week  Kanun-ı Esasî.
8. Week  Mid-term
9. Week  I. Constitutional Era
10. Week   Abdulhamit II and absolutism regime (1876-1909).
11. Week  Abdulhamit II and modernization movements
