To understand the meaning, importance and benefits of 'integration' among Countries
To know and identify the EU and the Council of Europe
To understand the role and function of Mass media in integration process.
To understand the approach of EU and the Council of Europe to right to speech, and also media and culture policies of these organizations.
To make efforts for the harmonization of Turkish media policy and media legislation with the media policies and acquis communautaire of the EU and the
