The purpose of this course is inquire of "public diplomacy" and "soft power" concepts which uses the public relations and media as a tool.
Besides this, students learn practices of public diplomacy and soft power in Turkey and in the world.

6. Week  Soft Power and hard power
7. Week  Non-state actors and soft power
8. Week  Midterm exam
9. Week  Countries using soft power
10. Week  Practices of public diplomacy in the world .
11. Week  Practices of public diplomacy of Turkey
12. Week  Turkish foreign policy and the desire of to be soft power.
13. Week  A historical backround for assesment of Turkish Public Diplomacy: Turkish identity and image in the world.
14. Week  Historical and cultural relations with the regions where Turkey implements public diplomacy.
15. Week  Assesment of Turkish public diplomacy with comparison to the world.
16. Week  Final presentations.
