Comprehends the differences among dominant power, great and middle actors.
Learns the patterns of the USA, Russia, China, Japan, Germany and France in international system.

Comprehends the differences between the states which are governed by democracy and which are not governed by democracy.
Comprehends the international system through regional policies of international system.
