This lecture teaches to students basis structure of International Law.
Teaches the concept of HR and its basic features.
Gives information about universal and regional HR regulations.
Provides intense knowledge for working in HR institutions after graduation.
Introduces the United Nations HR system.
Teaches the function of European Court of HR in a detailed way.
Makes students gain the ability of analyzing the developments in the international area according to HR Law.
Makes students comprehend the effects of Cold War ideological rivalry on international HR documents.
