In this course, the concept of organizational behavior is learned.
In this course presents a general framework on theories of organizational behavior.
Historical development of the science of behavior are briefly described.
He/She learns the basic concepts of behavioral science.
He/ She learns culture, organizational culture and entrepreneurship culture.
He/ She learns beliefs and attitudes, personality and behavior, perception, learning and learning organizations and communication in organizations.
He/ She learns motivation and job satisfaction.
Students learns change management and innovation management, enabling organizations to adapt to changing conditions.
Necessary to ensure a peaceful working environment within the organization that they learn conflict and stress management.
