Students have information about studies on dialects in the field and they make bibliographical studies.
They compare historical information about studies on dialects in Turkey and in the world.
Students make a study of selected dialects.

2. Week  Methods of compilation in the field and rules that compilers must obey.
3. Week  Giving practical information about compilation methods (inquiry, questionnaire, oral and written records etc.)
4. Week  Evaluation of published studies on dialects according to method and plan.
5. Week  Evaluation of works of leading researches studied on dialects.
6. Week  Information about Anatolian and Rumelian dialects.
7. Week  Information about the dialects of selected regions. (Kars, Rize, Nevşehir etc.)

1To improve and deepen the knowledge and competence which is derived from Turkish language and literature on the branch of Turkish language.X
