To learn development of physical education and sport in the world in terms of historical and culturel.

To explain development of physical education and sport in different ages.
To understand physical education policies and philosophy from the past to the present.
To learn what kind of research do related to physical education and sport.
To know social, economic, political institutionalization and organizational issues.
To learn key events development of physical education and sport.
To know importance of the Olympics which are a product of sport from past to present.
