Know communication term, communication models, communication types and its process.
Learn how to make communication effective.
Know the importance of language and other coding elements (voice, body language, etc.) in effective communication and use them.
Express effective communication and ethical topics, compare manipulation, propaganda and persuasion.
Express 'attitude', 'behavior change' and 'perseption' concepts.
Know communication obstacles, conflicts and their solutions and perform them.
Know the importance of listening and feedback in effective communication and perform them.
Learn psychological bases of effective communication, express the relations of communication with disciplines of psychology and sociology.
Express the place of effective communication in education.
Know, implement and evaluate effective communication skills and technics.
