Recognize Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) generally, comprehend its goals and approaches.
Express CEFR's development process.
Comprehend the basic approach of CEFR on langauge teaching.

Comprehend and express language skills labels in CEFR.
Practice on teaching Turkish to different target groups and leveling.
Know measurement and evaluation in Turkish teaching as a foreign language.
