By the end of the course, the learners will be able to understand: - the psychology of the learner and individual differences
- Understand the uniqueness of the learner as a variable
- basic concepts related to classroom management
- external and internal factors affecting the classroom and learning
- individual differences such as personality, apptitude, motivation, age
- cognitive development and language learning, learner autonomy and learner beliefs
- how to establish good discipline and reformulate discipline as a concept
- how to create effective communication and a sense of society in the classroom
- how to manage classes for better learning and relations
- reflection in the classroom, evaluation and observation
