1. Week  The general introduction.
2. Week  Relationship between Programme and project, features and concept of project , importance of Project management
3. Week   Project manager and features. Information fields of Project Management. Project planning.
4. Week   The first step of Project management process (Beginning). Preparing the report of beginning.
5. Week  The second step of Project management process (Planning). Project triangle. Planning approaches. Work Breakdown Structure.
6. Week  Activity about WBS. Determining the time and cost. Cost planning approaches. Palnning tools. Critical path and critical activities.
7. Week  Risk and risk plannnig. Risk analysis. Plannnig report. Activity about Planning report.
8. Week   The The third (Applying), fourth (Control) and fifth (Closure) step of Project management process.
9. Week  Introduction of Ms-Project.
10. Week  To enter and arrange the activities in Ms-Project. To modify the Project calender. Determining duration of activity.
11. Week  Determining the duration of activities. Determining the predecessors of activities.
12. Week  Determining and assigning the resources. Controlling the resource balance.
13. Week   Determining the critical path and activities of Project. Controlling the Project.
