The historical background of the phenomenon of globalization and its current effects are analyzed.
New production techniques and the transformation in the labor markets they bring are introduced.
To be able to explain the basic concepts of individual labor law such as workers, employers and workplaces.
Types of individual employment contract, establishment, termination; to have information about employer and employee rights, obligations and obligations arising from this contract.
To have a deep knowledge about the control of business life and criminal sanctions.
