 -- COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES
Students understand basic mathematical knowledge and use it in relation to their field.
Students define the concept of function, perform operations on functions and interpret function graphs.
Students know the concepts of Limit and continuity, explain the relationship between them, and calculate the limits of functions at a point or at infinity, if any.
Students explain the definition of derivative, understand the relationship between derivative and integral, learn the rules of derivative and calculate the derivatives of functions.
Students understand the geometric meaning of derivative.
Students understand how to calculate the limit of a function by using a derivative if the limit on a point is uncertain.
Students draw curves.
Students define the concept of indefinite integral, learn and apply methods of integration.
Students calculate area-volume with the help of İntegral.
Students gain analytical and multifaceted thinking skills with mathematical concepts and practical examples
