Shape-connected power transmission (speed reducer) by introducing force-connected power transmission mechanisms
Introduction to the course Learning mechanisms. The main law of gear and determination of shear rate, finding of identical profile, clutch continent and grip ratio, tool gear requirement.
To introduce tooth profiles used in smooth moving power transmission mechanisms.
Kinematics of Evolvent profiled gears, gear dimensions and standards, Calculation of corrected gears.
Sizing of spur, helical, bevel and spiral gears and worm gear mechanisms
Introduction of flat and V-belt pulley mechanisms, calculation and selection.
Introduction to chain mechanisms and chain types, calculation methods and standards.
Preparing two projects for the detailed construction of a mechanical power transmission element or assembly consisting of a plurality of machine elements using the knowledge and methods learned and thus improving the application capability of the information and methods.
