To take an active role in the stages of data collection, planning, analysis and auditing of human resources management.
To be able to use the advanced theoretical and practical knowledge acquired in the field of human resources management
To be able to examine the concepts and ideas in the field of human resources management with scientific methods, to interpret and evaluate the data.
To be able to share their thoughts and solution suggestions with the experts and non-experts by supporting them with quantitative and qualitative data.
To be able to develop the knowledge and skills acquired in accordance with the current market conditions.
To use what they have learned in the field throughout their professional career.
To be able to benefit from other disciplines related to human resources management and to have basic knowledge about these disciplines.
