Understands oxy-gas welding, theoretical and practical knowledge about welding 2nd
Oxy - Gas welding is required to apply the rules of occupational health and safety
Knows the problems that can be encountered in oxy - gas welding, makes the process for the solution of these problems.
Selects suitable additional metal in oxy-gas welding
Has knowledge about the production of carbide, oxygen and acetylene gases. Makes appropriate welding flame adjustment.
Oxygen Gas and Acquisition, Acetylene Gas, Acetylene Production, Carbide, Carbide methods are obtained. Safety Used in Acetylene Tubes
Different types of steel, cast iron, aluminum and copper materials (plate, profile, pipe) are welded together in different positions (horizontal, vertical, ceiling, etc.).
Soldering of different types of steel, cast iron, aluminum and copper materials (sheet, profile, pipe) in different positions (horizontal, vertical, ceiling, etc.)
After welding, it performs quality control (destructive - non-destructive testing) and repair and maintenance welds when necessary.
