1. Week  Society and law. Community structure and legal order. Definition of law. Characteristics and common qualities of the rules of law. Law systems.
2. Week  The distinction between public law and private law. Public law and private law branches. Mixed law branches.
3. Week  The hierarchy of sources and norms of law. Constitution, laws,

5. Week  Constitutional state. Fundamental rights and freedoms. Individual application to the Constitutional Court.
6. Week  Judicial and judicial arrangement in Turkey. Constitutional court.
