To obtain information about definition of bank law, its history, related legislation and the transition of establishment and activity of banks.
Bank organs, comparison of banks with other joint stock companies, supervision of banks and banking transactions.
Inspecting the merger, transfer and liquidation conditions of the banks.
Evaluate regulations on banking organization and working order.
To classify the activities of banks and to learn about banking contracts-operations.
Knowing the conditions for the establishment and operation of banks.
To have knowledge about the concepts of bank law.
