Students learn the Ottoman political history (1453-1606). The internal and external dynamics of ottoman political history.
Students learn the expansion of Ottoman power in the east and west.
Students learn the relations of Ottomans with the Safawids and Mamelukes.
Students learn the military activities and administrative regulations of Ottomans in this period.
Students learn the political, social, economic and military causes of the Ottoman standstill (early decline).
