 --COURSE CONTENT
1. Week  Turkish criminal laws and other laws related to the traffic accidents
2. Week  Classifications of traffic violations such as negligence and intentional crime
3. Week  Assessment of fault ratio with respect to the Turkish criminal law, high-way law and other legislations.
4. Week  alcohol and drugs testing of individuals involved in the accident; law and legislations related the ban of vehicle use of drunks
5. Week  sketching of accident location; determination of grounds of accidents;
6. Week  assessment of damage and its cost; assessment of damage of old vehicles;
7. Week  determination of vehicle part due to interchanging and mending;
8. Week  Midterm Exam
9. Week  determination of breaking distance; estimation of initial speed;
10. Week  sharing out the expenditure of accident;
11. Week  obligatory and optional traffic insurances;
12. Week  obligatory inspection of vehicles;
13. Week  alterations and amendments made on the vehicles their certifications;
14. Week  Collection of other evidences, photographing, camera recording etc.
