Learns the concept of technical drawing.
Learns the design criterias.
Makes industrial product design in a 3D program.
Creates the manufacturing drawings of the products modeled in 3D.
Assembles industrial products which were drawn in a 3D program and prepares the assembly letterhead.
Creates the assembly letterhead by numbering on the assembly.
Knows standard machine parts.
Takes standard machine elements from the tool library.
Makes drawings of the standard parts like springs, gears, pulleys, etc.
Creates the project of an industrial product.

  The mode of delivery of this course is Face to face
 --WEEKLY SCHEDULE
1. Week  Content, scope, topics, course requirements and learning outcomes of technical drawing.
2. Week  Presentation of a CAD program, sketch environment, and sketch drawings.
3. Week  Drawing in a sketch environment.
4. Week  Converting of products into 3D models drawn in a Sketch environment (extrude boss, extrude cut).
5. Week  3D modeling commands (revolve, swept, loft, rib, etc.)
6. Week  3D modelling of industrial pruducts.
7. Week  Generation of manufacturing drawings of 3D products.
8. Week  Midterm. Springs, screws, hole wizard, screwed holes.
9. Week  Modeling of each part of a product and assembly.
10. Week  Assembly.
11. Week  Introduction of standard machine elements and get them from the parts library.
12. Week  Mechanism design of kramayer - pinion system.
13. Week  Designing of a product that includes bearings, wedges, gears, nuts, bolts.
