To define the term of communication and its relation between educational processes

To have the knowledge of types of communication and tp distinguish basic elements of verbal and non-verbal communication

To express speaking and listening skills.
To find solutions for communication conflicts basing on the importance of empathetical communication
To define the barriers for effective communication and to express the barriers specifically about communication process.

4. Week  Expressing yourself by creating clear and effective messages.
5. Week  Regulating your emotions, managing intense anger.
6. Week  Asserting yourself, the middle way between aggressive and passive styles
7. Week  Fighting fairly and how to disagree with intimate relations.
8. Week  Short revision of the topics discussed so far.
