To define the term of communication and its relation between educational processes
To define the term of communication and its relation between educational processes
To define the elements of communicaiton process.
To have the knowledge of types of communication and tp distinguish basic elements of verbal and non-verbal communication
To define basic requirements of effective communication
To order the principles of making a message.
To express speaking and listening skills.
To find solutions for communication conflicts basing on the importance of empathetical communication
To define the barriers for effective communication and to express the barriers specifically about communication process.
To define the possible problems about coding, media, receiver and feedback of the message while considering the barriers for effective speaking.

3. Week  Disclosing about yourself and getting to know yourself by drawing Johari window.
4. Week  Expressing yourself by creating clear and effective messages.
5. Week  Regulating your emotions, managing intense anger.
6. Week  Asserting yourself, the middle way between aggressive and passive styles
7. Week  Fighting fairly and how to disagree with intimate relations.
8. Week  Short revision of the topics discussed so far.
9. Week  Coping with differences in power in social relations.
10. Week  Negotiating conflicts and to develop the ways to solve them.
11. Week  Speaking effectively in public and how to cope with stage fright.
