-To define the term of communication and its relation between educational processes

-To define the elements of communicaiton process.
-To have the knowledge of types of communication and tp distinguish basic elements of verbal and non-verbal communication
To define basic requirements of effective communication
To order the principles of making a message.
To express speaking and listening skills.
To find solutions for communication conflicts basing on the importance of empathetical communication
To define the barriers for effective communication and to express the barriers specifically about communication process.
To define the possible problems about coding, media, receiver and feedback of the message while considering the barriers for effective speaking.

1. Week  - A comprehensive introduction to the course and its content.The place of it and its contributions in terms of professional aspect.
2. Week  - Effective listening skills and the possible barriers affecting this skill.
3. Week  - Disclosing about yourself and getting to know yourself by drawing Johari window.
4. Week  - Expressing yourself by creating clear and effective messages.
5. Week  - Regulating your emotions, managing intense anger.
6. Week  - Asserting yourself, the middle way between aggressive and passive styles
7. Week  MİD- TERM EXAM
8. Week  - Fighting fairly and how to disagree with intimate relations.
9. Week  - Short revision of the topics discussed so far.
10. Week  - Coping with differences in power in social relations.
11. Week  - Negotiating conflicts and to develop the ways to solve them.
12. Week  - Speaking effectively in public and how to cope with stage fright.
13. Week  - Opposite sex communication
14. Week  - Talking with children and understanding them and making sure they understand you
15. Week  - Talking with teens, to cope with generation gap.
