Emphasizes Ataturk’s nationalism and civization understanding
Accepts Ataturk as genious soldier, big stateman, having revolutionist character and unique leadership
It accepts Kemalism, understands the world view and ideas of Ataturk
Recognizes the Indepence War and the importance of it to protect and carry on the existence of Turkish nation
It recognizes that how the Turkish nation got the civilization with its whole institutions and values
It comprehends that the principles of Kemalism has founded the root of Turkish Republic which is indivisible with its nation and country
It knows the national and international characters of Turkish Republic; It accepts that how it was created under the difficult circumstances
While analysing the development of our democracy, it gets the knowledge and behaviours which is needed in democratic life, also it gets the conscious
It gets behaviours and abilities to create Kemalist solutions to today’s and future’s problems

1Having recognized national and international basic knowledge of the conservation of cultural heritage.
2Having the knowledge of the material and production technology for the conservation of movable and unmovable cultural and artistic properties.
3Follow up the knowledge and technological developments in the field of conservation and restoration in Turkey and in the world; gaining the ability to use the instruments and devices used on the restoration and conservation.
4Having the knowledge of determination, documentation and scientifically analysis of the the origin and types of the decay problems of the conservation of the movable / portable cultural and artistic properties and arthitectural surfaces.
5Having the research and application ability to diagnose and solution methods of conservation field with the related different social and scientific areas that are archaeology, art history, fine arts, museology, artitecture, minerology, microbiology, petrography and archaeometry.
6Having the ability of performing applications effectively in the field of museums and excavations by using theoretical knowledge and practical experiences gained.
7Having the working discipline of the project planning, process management and complement the projects succesfully within a given period of time to related area.
8Having the ability to interpretation and evaluation in the light of the vocational criteria on conservation and restoration applications.
9Using the theoretical technical and technological know-how in accordance with internationally accepted principles of professional ethics on conservational applications.
10Having the knowledge and skill of professional experience in the development, and having to be open to the notion of change, innovation.
