Identifying the characteristics of the painting art of different cultures from Paleolithic to the Roman Period.
Ability to iconographically study the art of painting in Antique Period.
Learning to use the correct terminology while describing wall paintings.
Getting knowledge on the origins of the mosaics art, its examples and the materials used to make mosaics. .
Analyzing the motifs and themes on the mosaics.
Ability to comprehend the interactions in style and theme in mosaics.
Learning about the floor and wall mosaics.

4Having the knowledge of determination, documentation and scientifically analysis of the the origin and types of the decay problems of the conservation of the movable / portable cultural and artistic properties and arthitectural surfaces.
5Having the research and application ability to diagnose and solution methods of conservation field with the related different social and scientific areas that are archaeology, art history, fine arts, museology, artitecture, minerology, microbiology, petrography and archaeometry.X
