Accepts Ataturk as a genious soldier, big stateman, having revolutionist character and unique leadership

Recognizes the Independence War and the importance of it to protect and carry on the existence of Turkish nation
It recognizes that how the Turkish nation got the civilization with its whole institutions and values
It comprehends that the principles of Kemalism has founded the root of Turkish Republic which is indivisible with its nation and country
It knows the national and international characters of Turkish Republic; It accepts that how it was created under the difficult circumstances
