Explains the strategies, concepts, problem tyeps, methods and terms related to HRM in detail.
Learns and applies mathematical methods to solve HRM related problems.
Learns to create a performance assessment and management system.
Learns to create and manage a payment system, performs job valuation.
Learns to manage a recruitment system, performs forecasting techniques.
Explicates and measures the relationship between well managed HRM functions and enhanced outcomes of organisational operation channels.
Learns about the legal dimensions about HRM related issues.
Learns the importance of HR concept for organizations and the place of it for performance related issues.
