5. Week  Project Cycle Management processes, planning, definition, formulation, budgeting, application
6. Week  problem anaylsis, implementation of problem tree technique
7. Week  Aim analysis and its implementation

9. Week  Stakeholder analysis, defining the actors. using negotiation techniques within the stakeholder approach.
10. Week  Presentation of the stakeholder analysis
11. Week  Logical Framework Analysis (LFA), its use and its components. The formation of the Logical Framework Matrix.
