At the end of this course successful students will have knowledge about the role of energy in the economy.
They will have knowledge about the energy markets and about the properties of energy supply and demand
They will have learned how the oil, coal and natural gas markets.
They will knowledge about the privatization of elecricity markets and electricity production.
They will have learned the structure of OPEC monopoly.
They will have knowledge about the externalities and energy pollution.
They will have knowledge about the public goods and global climate change.
